







This e-bike tour leads you on a discovery of the olive oil tradition of Sabina, one of the oldest and most renowned regions for the production of extra virgin olive oil. The experience begins in the medieval village of Casperia, located among the hills of the Sabine Mountains and characterized by its unique “bulb” urban structure, perfectly integrated with the surrounding landscape.
Cycling along secondary roads immersed in the Sabine countryside, you pass through centuries-old olive groves, dry stone walls, and hills shaped by centuries of agricultural activity. The route leads to a local organic farm where participants can learn about the area’s olive oil tradition firsthand.
During the guided tour, the processes involved in producing extra virgin olive oil, from olive harvesting to pressing, will be illustrated, revealing the secrets of a thousand-year-old tradition. The experience continues with a tasting of extra virgin olive oil, a symbol of the local gastronomic culture.
The return to Casperia, accompanied by the sunset light, takes place along roads that allow you to admire the landscape of the rolling hills of Sabina.
