Itinerary
A circular route starting from the square in front of the Church of the Santissima Annunziata in Casperia.
The itinerary is a 10 km loop over mixed terrain, including paved municipal roads, cement paths, and country lanes.
The route alternates between uphill, downhill, and flat sections, forming a loop between the medieval village of Casperia, perched on a hill, and the nearby village of Cantalupo. Along the way, you can enjoy the rolling hills with olive groves and cultivated fields, as well as distant views of neighboring villages.
The route is ideal for reaching the Camuccini Municipal Park in Cantalupo — a peaceful green area perfect for rest and relaxation.
You can also plan a stop at Monte Fiolo, a spiritual destination where you can visit the convent, admire the valley view, and take advantage of the picnic and outdoor activity area.
