E-bike & Wine tasting in Sabina

This e-bike tour combines nature, rural culture, and food and wine traditions in the heart of Sabina. The experience begins in the medieval village of Casperia, perched on the limestone slopes of the Sabine Mountains and characterized by its unique “bulb” urban layout.
E-bikes will travel along country roads that pass through centuries-old olive groves, dry stone walls, and holm oak forests, immersed in the authentic Sabina landscapes. The route leads to a local organic farm located in a panoramic position, where the local agricultural tradition continues to be cultivated with passion.
Here, the experience becomes sensorial thanks to a tasting of natural wines, produced with respect for the land and the characteristics of the Sabine soil. Participants will discover the aromas, scents, and production techniques that reveal the winemaking identity of this area. The tour continues with the return to Casperia, with a panoramic stop along the way to admire the valley and the village at sunset.
