






This e-bike tour combines nature, gastronomic tradition, and local culture in the heart of Sabina. The experience begins in the medieval village of Casperia, nestled among the limestone hills of the Sabine Mountains and surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and holm oak forests.
Pedaling along the roads of the Sabine countryside, you’ll reach an organic farm immersed in nature, where participants will take a cooking class dedicated to stringozzi aspresi, the typical local pasta made with flour and water according to a tradition passed down through generations.
During the class, you’ll learn how to knead the dough and make fresh pasta following traditional Sabine methods. At the end of the cooking class, the experience continues with a tasting of the pasta prepared by the participants, topped with a typical Sabine sauce.
At sunset, the e-bike tour resumes, returning to Casperia through hilly landscapes and scenic roads.
